Bryan Weimerskirch

Rhonda is a Multiple Line Representative at Bryan Weimerskirch State Farm Insurance.  She has been servicing the Delphos office since 2005, helping people understand insurance and how it fits their individual needs. Rhonda is passionate about her customers and creating long term relationships with them. She is licensed in all major lines of insurance such as auto, home, health, business and most importantly, protecting families with life insurance. Prior to starting her insurance career, she worked in the banking industry for 8 years, followed by 15 years as an administrative assistant.                    

She is proud to work for a company that values community and family.  She volunteers for the Allen County Master Gardeners.  Rhonda is also a member of the Delphos Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, and going on motorcycle rides with her husband. 

Maria joined Bryan Weimerskirch State Farm Agency in June 2021 after having worked for his predecessor, Dodie Seller, since 2011 as a team member/resident major lines agent.  As a resident major lines agent, Maria focuses on providing auto, home, and renters insurance for her customers and is an important part of the team.  Maria’s favorite part of working in the insurance field is that she gets to speak with her customers and build trusting relationships every day.  She has in-depth knowledge in handling property and casualty insurance.  Maria states, “I love that I get to help people with finding the right coverage for their needs along with servicing as a major part of my role.”  She further indicates, “I am looking forward to growing my knowledge and expanding my responsibilities within the agency.”

Maria graduated from Delphos St John Catholic School with a major in business.  She began her career as a bookkeeper/customer service representative/administrative assistant and later moved into the insurance business.  In 2012, Maria earned her Property and Casualty Insurance License, adding in 2018, additional lines of authority, Life, Accident & Health.  Maria is also committed to serving her community and is involved with organizations such as the Delphos Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary, serving as a trustee.

When not at work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Stevie joined the team in June 2021. She has over fifteen years of customer relations and customer communications. After working for several retailers, Stevie decided it was time to change careers to allow for more family time. Stevie then decided to begin her career in insurance. She has her property and casualty license as well as her life and health license.

Stevie has two children that are very active in soccer for Elida as well as different traveling teams. She enjoys the outdoors and traveling. Her and her husband Aaron have enjoyed seeing many different countries together and look forward to seeing many more.

Stevie is very excited to jump right in to this new career and begin protecting families! Stevie says that she wants to educate families about insurance that she herself did not know until she began her career with us. She would love for everyone to have the knowledge of their coverage and build lasting relationships with the customers. She wants them to know they are insured by an amazing company while having the right insurance for their needs!
